Effective Waste-to-Energy Conversion
Our state-of-the-art facilities employ cutting-edge technologies to convert various types of waste
into energy and products such as wood vinegar, activated carbon and bio-diesel, depending on the
feedstock type.
We specialise in efficiently converting organic waste, biomass, and non-recyclable materials such as
non-recyclable plastic and paper, municipal solid waste, sewage sludge, and tyres.
Energy Production:
ROARR Energy™ generates electricity and thermal energy through sustainable waste conversion
processes.
Our energy production methods adhere to the highest environmental and safety standards.
We have included solar, battery storage and hydro generation in our solutions.
Waste Management Consultation:
Our expert team provides comprehensive waste management consultations to commerce and industry, municipalities, and the agriculture sector. We specialise in customised waste reduction and energy generation and conversion strategies for the following streams:
solid municipal waste,
sewerage solids,
bio-mass such as sawdust, feedlot waste, agricultural waste,
medical waste,
tyres,
non-recyclable waste, such as plastic and paper, and
industrial waste, such as used oil and grease.
We manage, design and implement waste processing solutions that suit our clients. We execute the planning business case development, motivate for financing, obtain financing, and go full out past implementation and operations where required. We are indeed a one-stop shop for waste-to-energy solutions.
Product Marketing
To ensure the maximum revenue generation of the products produced by the various projects
(SPVs), ROARR Energy will also manage the sales and distribution of the produced end-products.
Operational Support to SPVs
ROARR Energy™ will provide operating support to all the SPVs it creates. This support could include, but is not limited to, the following: Provide the Human Resources required for operating the plant efficiently, including training, HR support and Health and Safety Systems. Professional and Engineering services (3rd level support) to plants. Lab testing and Quality Assurance (QA) for all products produced also form a critical component in building the financial model.
Ownership in SPV Plants
ROARR Energy prefers to own between 30% and 40% of the equity in each SPV it creates. This
equity would be a significant contributor to the revenue of ROARR Energy™.
Project Financing
ROARR Energy™ will also actively participate in funding the SPVs through single or various funders
internationally, depending on the size of each project. We can typically supply 75% of the financing
at a highly competitive interest rate. The business plan of every task or plant is rigorously
interrogated with a full KYC (Know-Your-Client), CIS and DD (Due Diligence). The ideal payback
period, in terms of the plant, is three years or less.
